At the art residency "GrandNoveauTour" organized by the Goethe Institute and the French Institute in Italy, I collaborated with the artist Mara Niederprüm to realize a project where we brought together our visual languages.
We collected shapes at the residency location in Argentiera. We translated our visual understanding of these shapes into a large-scale wooden installation. The shapes serve as an indirect narrative about the place, and inspired by this, we created our own cosmos.
We implemented the installation in two different forms. The images shown here depict the second final version, exhibited in the spaces of Landworks.
